Hotel constanza * *

Very centrallly located, close to the Metro and Placa De Catalunya. All of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Also, the fact that so many spoke at least some English made things easier. I would like to single out two members of your staff for excellent service. The first is the gentleman working your reception desk ( unfortunately I am remiss in his name ). During my stay my wallet was stolen and he went above and beyond to assist me in cancelling my credit cards and the daunting task of contacting my banks back home in the US. The second is a young man named Manuel who greeted us with a smile and a hello ( Hola ) every morning for breakfast and on one night at the roof top bar where we drank Sangria and enjoyed the Tapas. The Sangria was the best we had in Barcelona. These two people are the face of your hotel to the traveler and if I ever return to your city I would definately stay with your hotel.

Beautiful Boutique Atmosphere. Great safe location.
